Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Seven (7) years of related work experience.
• This position may require the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.

Responsibilities

• Leads financial oversight for the college, providing strategic guidance and data-driven allocation recommendations to support goals.
• Manages the comprehensive annual budget process and aligns resources to unit needs.
• Ensures compliance with university, state, and federal laws and policies across funding sources and prepares monthly and year-end financial reports.
• Holds signature authority for Dean's Office accounts and acts as a financial delegate for department and faculty accounts.
• Collaborates with college leadership and central administration to optimize faculty startup packages and resource usage.
• Develops and maintains processes to enhance efficiency, internal controls, and data integrity of administrative services.
