Qualifications

• 18 months of accounting or finance experience or training, including basic spreadsheet use.
• High school technical program in accounting or 6 months experience in accounting/finance.
• Associate core program in business administration, accounting or finance.
• Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment as noted.

Responsibilities

• Performs fiscal related duties for multiple parks, including accounts payable/receivable.
• Performs accounting duties and contacts suppliers to obtain or relay account information.
• Provides administrative and secretarial support for Salt Fork State Park.
• Coordinates business functions for Salt Fork State Park, including budget, travel, lodging, payroll, timekeeping, and vendor setup.
• Starting hourly pay of $23.65/hr with increases up to $28.76/hr and potential COLA.
• Longevity pay supplements begin after five years of state service.
