Lloyd Management, based in Mankato, MN, seeks a Finance Support Specialist to assist the Finance Department with monthly accounting, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and detail-oriented work in a fast-paced property management environment.

The successful candidate will support both Accounting and Accounts Payable, gain broad exposure to financial operations, and contribute to consistent, compliant processes across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine monthly accounting procedures for assigned properties and accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate unusual items.
• Review journal entries and account activity for accuracy.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and follow-up items.
• Support accounts payable and vendor-related tasks and documentation.
• Provide backup to Finance team and assist with special projects.
