Job summary

Lloyd Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mankato, MN, to maintain the physical assets of our multi-family properties.

You will perform building systems maintenance, unit repairs, drywall, painting, minor plumbing/electrical, grounds care and snow removal, with a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO etc.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Available for after-hours emergencies as needed.

This position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties.

Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Building systems maintenance
• Unit repairs and reconditioning
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Minor plumbing work
• Minor electrical work
• Grounds care and snow removal
