Responsibilities

• Handle cash receipts from students and log receipts.
• Serve as point person for online payment systems.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and research variances.
• Assist Accounts Payable and Student Refund processes.
• Support year-end closing and audit activities.
• Work with finance team to improve procedures and controls.
• Communicate with university community and vendors regarding payable operations.
