Job summary

CNH Industrial is offering a Finance & Accounting Rotational Development Program in Racine, Wisconsin, starting July 2027. The 2-year program rotates through four departments with 6-month blocks and an optional fifth rotation.

Participants gain broad exposure to Corporate Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and more, with training, mentoring, and leadership coaching from CNH leaders. Compensation ranges from USD 63,750 to 85,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Accounting Specialization required.
• Degree must be completed before the start of the program.
• Internship or other work experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Two years working with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support tasks within each Finance department you are assigned to, including financial analysis, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and complete account reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statement analysis.
• Provide audit support as needed.
• Create and analyze reports.
• Prepare presentations as needed.
• Investigate and help resolve accounting and reporting issues.
• Support special projects and critical initiatives related to topics such as sales incentives, inventory management, and cost reductions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies.
• Working on projects involving large amounts of data.
• Working with Excel, Access, and Power BI.
• Opportunity to travel up to 10%, depending on rotation assignment
