RRD is offering a Finance Associate Development Program in Chicago for recent graduates looking to launch a career in finance and accounting. Over two years, Associates rotate through Corporate Controllers, Internal Audit, Business Unit Finance, Tax & Treasury, FP&A, and Shared Services, building broad experience and mentorship.

Graduates with an accounting or finance degree and strong problem-solving and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting/finance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete four to five rotations across finance functions.
• Develop understanding of corporate finance, internal control, and financial planning.
• Partner with teams to deliver financial reporting and analyses.
