Job summary

Lumen's Finance & Accounting Rotational Program (FAR) offers a two-year, high-visibility path for emerging leaders in finance. You will rotate through FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and more, shaping future finance outcomes with data-driven decision making.

As an FAR Analyst, you’ll tackle process transformation initiatives, leverage AI and automation, and build practical business acumen while developing leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments across Finance disciplines (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, Sourcing & Supply Chain, Investor Relations).
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or redesign Finance processes.
• Build financial models, reports, and analyses using Excel and data visualization tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Develop and deliver presentations translating insights into clear recommendations.
