Lumen invites top graduates to join its Finance & Accounting Rotational Program (FAR), a two‑year, high‑exposure program across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and more. You’ll drive process transformation, use automation and AI tools, and develop business acumen while shaping the finance function for the AI‑ready economy.

You’ll work on cross‑functional teams, present actionable insights, and learn through hands‑on rotations designed to accelerate leadership capabilities in a dynamic tech

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree prior to start date.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to embrace change.
• Interest in shaping the future of Finance through business transformation, process improvement, data‑driven decision making, and emerging technology.

Responsabilidades

• Complete rotational assignments across Finance & Accounting functions, including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain, Investor Relations.
• Identify and support opportunities to simplify, automate, or redesign Finance processes for efficiency and reporting improvements.
• Build financial models, reports, and analyses using Excel and data visualization tools.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Develop and deliver presentations that translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives.
• Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Demonstrate initiative, ownership, adaptability, and continuous learning within a high‑performing team.
