Lumen offers a Finance & Accounting Rotational Program (FAR) Analyst role designed for emerging leaders aiming to gain broad finance exposure and develop skills in data, technology, and business transformation. You will rotate across core Finance disciplines, leverage AI and automation, and build leadership capabilities in a fast‑moving environment.

You will work on high‑impact projects, develop financial acumen, and contribute to process improvements while gaining hands‑on experience solving

Competenze

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree prior to start date.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to embrace change.
Interest in shaping the future of Finance through business transformation, process improvement, data‑driven decision making, and emerging technology.

Mansioni

Complete rotational assignments across Finance and Accounting functions (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain, Investor Relations, and other business areas).
Identify and support opportunities to simplify, automate, or redesign Finance processes to improve efficiency, reporting, decision‑making, and performance.
Build financial models, reports, and analyses using Excel and data visualization tools.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.
Develop and deliver presentations that translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives.
Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and workflows.
