Job summary

Johnson Controls is offering a 2.5-year finance and accounting rotational program in Milwaukee, WI. Associates will rotate through FP&A, treasury, tax, internal audit, and related areas, with mentorship from senior leaders and extensive training to prepare for future roles.

Rotations occur every 6 months, and at least one rotation will be outside Milwaukee, providing broad experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance completed by start (Jan 2027).
• Knowledge of basic finance and accounting concepts.
• Ability to adapt to new rotations every 6 months.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from financial systems and perform analyses to explain variances or support business cases.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans with timely inputs.
• Participate in projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist with treasury activities and tax filings as needed.
• Engage in leadership training and development activities.
