Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field
• Anticipated graduation May 2027; start full-time June 2027
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a dynamic, challenging environment
• Strong time management and organization; multi-tasking
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Data analytics experience preferred
• Willing to relocate within the U.S. for rotations
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Participate in three one-year rotations across Dentsply Sirona’s Finance organization.
• Rotations include Corporate Accounting, Global Business Services, Finance Specialists, Technical Accounting, SEC Reporting.
• Develop financial acumen, business knowledge, and leadership/technical skills.
• Opportunity to work across product groups and finance disciplines during rotations.
