Job summary

Dentsply Sirona in Charlotte, NC, offers a three-month Finance & Accounting Development Program internship designed to immerse students in core finance projects and to experience corporate finance first-hand.

Interns rotate through Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Accounting, and Finance Specialties, with hands-on learning, mentorship from senior leaders, and intern events that promote networking and professional growth.

Most interns are considered for full-time roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Anticipated graduation date May 2028
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Demonstrates leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite preferred
• Experience in leading team projects
• Willingness to relocate within the United States for rotations
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Our Finance & Accounting Development Program offers a three-month challenging, high impact internship where you will work through important projects and experience corporate finance at Dentsply Sirona. In addition to hands on learning, you’ll participate in our intern event series (to learn about Dentsply Sirona, Finance / Accounting and business) and social activities. At the end of the internship, you will present what you accomplished to senior finance leadership.

Candidates Will Have The Opportunity To Participate In a Paid Three-month Internship In One Of Our Core Finance Areas (examples Below)

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Corporate Accounting
• Finance Specialties (Audit, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax)

Most of our full-time hiring is done from our intern program - so take this opportunity to become part of the Dentsply Sirona Finance & Accounting Development Program.

We look for top caliber students who have exhibited a superior record of achievement both inside and outside the classroom, along with strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

Current internships are U.S. based.

• Currently pursuing, at a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Anticipated graduation date of May 2028
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Demonstrates leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment
• Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task
• Microsoft Suite experience preferred
• Experience in and/or leading team projects
• Ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
