Job summary

Dentsply Sirona in Charlotte, NC, invites top graduates to join its Finance & Accounting Rotational Program. Over three years, you'll rotate through Corporate Accounting, Global Business Services, and Finance Specialists, gaining hands-on experience across the finance organization.

You'll develop leadership and technical skills while building your network across product groups, with rotations US-based and opportunities to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field
• Anticipated graduation May 2027; start full-time June 2027
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a dynamic, challenging environment

Dentsply Sirona’s Finance & Accounting Rotational Program is a comprehensive three-year program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real situations and projects.Candidates will have the opportunity to participate in three one-year development rotations from across Dentsply Sirona’s Finance organization, ranging from:

• Corporate Accounting
• Global Business Services
• Finance Specialists (Audit, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax)
• Technical Accounting
• SEC Reporting

Each one-year rotation has been designed to help improve financial acumen, business knowledge, and build an overall understanding of Dentsply Sirona. With the ability to do these rotations across our multiple product groups and finance disciplines, the company will provide an excellent learning experience for candidates, an opportunity to develop critical leadership & technical skills, and drive incremental value & change.
