• As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience by supporting our team in managing daily financial and accounting operations. Your analytical skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail will be critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to the financial health of our organization
• Individuals selected for our Internship Program will actively contribute to our company’s growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Our internship program is based in the Seaport District of Boston. Throughout the summer, interns will work on impactful projects that directly influence our brand’s progress
• Invoice Management: Process invoices and resolve any variances between internal and external records to maintain accurate financial records
• Journal Entries: Create and manage entries for financial transactions
• Payment Handling: Reconcile payments from various vendors and ensure records are up-to-date
• Financial Reconciliation: Support daily financial reconciliation activities to aid in reporting
• Forecast vs. Actual Analysis: Support the analysis and presentation of forecast vs. actual results for monthly reconciliation activities
• Ad-hoc Analyses: Contribute to ad-hoc analyses that inform strategic decision-making across the organization
• AI Utilization: Leverage Claude to support work across all assigned responsibilities: conducting research, synthesizing data, drafting and refining content, brainstorming ideas, and identifying opportunities to share useful AI applications with the broader team
