Job summary

QUORE IT : Talent Sourcing & Recruitment is seeking a Business Manager, Finance & Accounting with 5+ years of finance experience to run the finances at a manufacturing-focused shop in Denver, CO. You’ll manage reporting, cash, and capital decisions in a hands-on leadership role.

The role requires deep FP&A, financial controls, and collaboration with the GM and Head of Finance. On-site work with relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or investment banking/private equity.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, cash management.
• Big Four or Fortune 100 FP&A training preferred; CPA ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finances: reporting, month-end close, journal entries, cash management.
• Lead FP&A: budgets, forecasts, and tracking actuals to ensure cash during growth.
• Weigh capex decisions with the GM, investing in equipment and hiring.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to understand job costs and margins.
• Report to the GM with a dotted line to Head of Finance; operate automated finance stack (Pilot, Ramp).
