Our client is a growing, established company standing up a new business unit and finance organization from the ground up. The Finance Manager reports directly to the head of finance and leads strategic growth initiatives for the business unit. This includes corporate development, evaluating and structuring joint ventures, and long-range strategic planning. This is a highly visible role in which you will partner with executive leadership, various internal departments, as well as external advisors to assess and execute growth opportunities. The group operates with a non-hierarchical, entrepreneurial structure, so you will take on broad, cross-functional responsibility from the outset.
The successful candidate will come with a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, business, or a related field and 3+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy.
The role is based in Denver, CO, with a hybrid office policy. Relocation assistance is available.
