Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a seasoned FP&A and accounting leader for a high-precision manufacturing client in the Denver area. You will own month-end close, forecast cash flow, and advise on capital allocation to support rapid growth.

This on-site role offers relocation assistance, a base salary up to $210K, and commission opportunities. You will partner with plant leadership and the parent finance team to align systems, controls, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of hands-on accounting, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills.
• CPA, accounting degree, or manufacturing cost accounting exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finance operations, including month-end close and journal entries.
• Drive FP&A with rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Advise on ROI for capital expenditures and headcount investments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing ops to understand job costing and margins.
• Align accounting systems and controls with the parent group.
