Formación

• 1–3 years of professional office experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Unanet and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.
• Draft 100+ invoices per month as part of the billing team.
• Assist in regular financial analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional service teams.
• Learn accounting software and data reporting.
• Resolve client financial discrepancies with data.
