The ideal candidate will learn our financial systems, contribute to process improvements, and grow alongside a tight-knit engineering firm that values professional development and client service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Unanet.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel; pivot tables & VLOOKUPs a plus.
• 1–3 years of professional office experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; willingness to learn new ones.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Working on the Finance and Accounting Team with 5-7 other members of varying experience and specialties.
• Supporting and collaborating with 15-20 technical service teams throughout the company.
• Diligently developing skills to improve performance and learn processes in our accounting software.
• Drafting 100+ invoices monthly as part of the billing team.
• Performing accounts receivable follow-ups to maintain client relationships.
• Conducting regular financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
