Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Finance & Accounting Sales Executive in the Baltimore area, offering a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in office in Pikesville/Baltimore, MD).

The role focuses on identifying prospects, building relationships with hiring managers, and delivering Randstad’s workforce solutions across temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent placements. A Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance is preferred with 3+ years of sales-related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven business experience, sales experience highly desired.
• Strong track record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects needing Randstad’s workforce services and solutions (temp, temp-to-hire, permanent).
• Main point of contact – build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Create partnerships through multiple channels with key decision-makers.
• Execute activities to gain results (phone calls, emails, client meetings).
• Listen to diagnose workforce gaps limiting client potential and negotiate pricing.
• Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates; coach and retain talent.
• Offer innovative employment solutions; this is not an Account Manager role.
