Job summary

HB NEXT, a fast-growing software and services company, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join the Corporate Finance & Accounting team at our Lawrenceville office. You’ll work directly with the CFO, executive leadership, and investors on key finance initiatives in a high-growth environment.

You’ll support the monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and develop financial models, reports, and dashboards to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of finance, accounting, or analytics experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-directed and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close and financial reporting process.
• Analyze financial data to support growth, acquisitions, and investments.
• Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process with business leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards for leadership decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance and accounting operations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Provide financial analysis to individual business units.
