Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with forecasting and variance analysis.
• Someone who takes ownership and can speak confidently about the work they've personally driven.
• A desire to build a long-term career, not simply make the next move.
• Experience with AI in accounting/financial analysis.
• EPS experience, Microsoft Business Central preferred.
