Trane Technologies seeks a recent graduate for an Accelerated Development Program in Finance and Accounting at our Davidson, NC HQ. You will rotate through Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Audit & Compliance, building foundational skills in budgeting, controls, and decision support.

Expect leadership development, mentorship from senior leaders, and hands-on projects while you learn to drive financial accuracy and strategic insight in a large, global manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree or MS in Accounting with GPA 3.0+ completed before start date.
• Demonstrated leadership: e.g., club officer, captain, or lead project.
• Internship or 6+ months related work experience.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing business conditions.
• Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Cost Accounting, FP&A, and Audit & Compliance.
• Onsite work location at Davidson, NC corporate HQ, with 5 days/week presence.
• Gain exposure to budgeting, variance analysis, and financial controls.
• Relocation assistance provided for new work locations meeting distance criteria.
