Job summary

Custom Control Sensors, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Final Quality Inspector to verify finished product conformity, prepare FAIRs, and manage warranty returns and shipping documentation. You will work between manufacturing completion and product release, ensuring compliance with AS9102, AS9102 Forms, and customer requirements, and coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires a High School diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years in manufacturing inspection or quality control.
• Ability to interpret drawings and inspection requirements.
• Knowledge of dimensional inspection equipment and measurement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Final Product Acceptance Inspection against drawings and specs.
• Prepare FAIRs per AS9102 and manage Net-Inspect packages.
• Coordinate warranty returns, RMA records, and documentation.
• Prepare shipment documentation and certificates of conformance.
• Maintain traceability and handle nonconformances.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, suppliers, and QA.
