Job summary

RAM Aerospace in St. George, UT, seeks a Quality Control Final Inspector to join our precision aerospace team.

You will inspect final assemblies, perform first article buy-offs, and ensure every solenoid, valve, and actuator meets strict quality standards for commercial, defense, and space products. You will apply GD&T, ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge, and SPC methods while documenting results, supporting calibration of tools, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year tech school OR 1–2 years related QC/inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and measure final-level assembled products for conformance to requirements.
• Prepare AS9102 First Article Inspection reports when required by customers.
• Analyze GD&T on blueprints and data to determine testing procedures and measurement methods.
• Verify measuring equipment is calibrated and functioning before product acceptance.
• Document rejected products and log test data per RAM specifications.
• Prepare products for processing, packaging, or shipping, and transport to next workstations.
