LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Line Leader for the Final Pack packaging line. The role reports to Operations and operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts, earning $24.64 per hour.

You will lead line activities, perform setups, adjust/changeovers, and ensure material readiness and quality checks. This position requires 2+ years leading manufacturing teams, experience with high-speed packaging equipment, and strong communication and math skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in a lead role.
• Experience supervising teams of 10+ employees.
• Experience operating high-speed packaging equipment.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Experience with manufacturing IT systems and interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of a Final Pack packaging line to meet safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, changeovers and scale operations.
• Troubleshoot faults and escalate as needed.
• Ensure materials are available and production runs stay on track.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Production teams to cut downtime.
