Job summary

The LEGO Group in Virginia is seeking a Production Line Lead – Final Pack to coordinate daily production activities, support team members, and ensure safety, quality, and targets are met.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will optimize resources, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. The 7 AM–7 PM 2‑2‑3 schedule offers a dynamic work rhythm with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environment preferred.
• Able to operate computer‑controlled equipment and machinery.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, fast‑paced, results‑driven mindset.
• Willing to learn, share knowledge, and train others.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and quality.
• Available for an 8‑hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities by guiding team members and resources.
• Assist with staffing and production flow to meet targets.
• Serve as a resource and provide guidance throughout the production process.
• Foster collaboration, teamwork and effective communication.
• Support employee development through knowledge sharing and on‑the‑job training.
• Operate and support computer‑controlled equipment and machinery.
• Ensure equipment is set up, stocked, and running efficiently.
• Perform periodic checks and identify issues impacting performance.
• Inspect products to meet GMP and SOP standards.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Promote accountability, learning, and operational excellence.
