Job summary

Arhaus, established to deliver sustainable, heirloom-quality furniture, seeks a Final Mile Manager to lead Final Mile Partners and 3PL relationships, ensuring Arhaus SOPs and on-time deliveries while elevating the customer experience at designated hubs.

The role demands strategic focus, physical presence, and collaboration across teams to ensure service levels meet customer expectations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Logistics/Home Delivery Operations
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
• Flexible with start times around 6 am and use of personal vehicle for ride-alongs/store visits
• No physical limits lifting up to 150 lbs
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at designated hub facilities to ensure SOPs.
• Monitor metrics such as cost per stop, order cycle time, on-time delivery, returns, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in morning loadouts and standup meetings with drive teams/3PL provider management.
• Support local store management and attend store transfer deliveries.
• Share product information and training instructions with 3PL to promote team education.
• Conduct on-site operation audits to maintain accountability.
• Complete 3PL provider invoicing approval for billing accuracy
