Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years distribution or manufacturing leadership.
• Onsite role based in Tracy, CA with strong data‑driven, cost‑control focus.
• Ability to lead hourly teams and manage 3PL relationships.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop associates; oversee scheduling and attendance.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and contractors.
• Oversee final mile operations; optimize routes and costs.
• Improve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and inventory control.
• Develop contingency plans for seasonal and disruptions.
