Job summary

Temco Logistics, a proud subsidiary of The Home Depot, seeks a Driver Manager to lead and coach delivery drivers in our white-glove final mile program for Home Appliance Installation.

You will monitor on-road performance, ensure DOT compliance, and coordinate route changes while training new staff and maintaining driver schedules and payroll accuracy. Join a team focused on safety, service excellence, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Home appliance installation or mechanical aptitude to learn the installation process.
• Knowledge of routing, scheduling, DOT and safety compliance in transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-road operations and support drivers with calls, exceptions, and issue resolution.
• Prepare manifests, review routing for optimization and DOT compliance, and coordinate changes with the MDO team.
• Train and onboard new customer service staff.
• Build office and driver schedules and ensure hours adherence.
• Review payroll accuracy and partner with Driver Managers on route adjustments.
• Manage check-in compliance and daily exception processing (MARS, reschedules, cancellations).
• Order office supplies and maintain proper staging of product and paperwork.
• Support inbound/outbound processes in 3PL locations.
• Investigate freight and Sedgewick claims.
• Assess waste/recycling operations and recommend improvements.
