Job summary

Temco Logistics, a proud subsidy of The Home Depot, seeks a Driver Manager to lead our final mile delivery operations. You will supervise drivers, ensure DOT compliance, and coach performance to uphold safety and service standards in appliance installation.

In this role you will monitor on‑road activities, optimize routes, train staff, and collaborate with 3PL partners to maintain scheduling fidelity and customer satisfaction across our network.

Qualifications

• Must have hands‑on leadership experience and be able to coach drivers.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance.
• Able to train and onboard drivers and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on‑road operations and support drivers with calls, exceptions, and issue resolution.
• Prepare manifests, review routing for optimization and DOT compliance, and coordinate changes with the MDO team.
• Train and onboard new customer service staff.
• Build office and driver schedules and ensure hours adherence.
• Review payroll accuracy and partner with Driver Managers on route adjustments.
• Manage check‑in compliance and daily exception processing.
• Oversee DOT compliance and safety standards for drivers and equipment.
