Job summary

Temco Logistics, a Home Depot subsidiary, is seeking a Driver Manager in Kennesaw, GA to lead driver performance, safety, and operational excellence in a white-glove final mile environment.

You will monitor on-road performance, coach drivers, and ensure DOT compliance while aligning with Temco’s brand standards and customer service goals. On-site work supports Home Appliance Installation activities.

Qualifications

• Home appliance installation knowledge or aptitude to learn the process.
• Routing, scheduling, and DOT safety knowledge relevant to transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-road operations and assist drivers with calls and issue resolution.
• Prepare manifests, review routing for optimization and DOT compliance, coordinate changes with the MDO team.
• Train and onboard new customer service staff.
• Build office and driver schedules and ensure hours adherence.
• Review payroll accuracy and collaborate on route adjustments.
• Manage check-in compliance and daily exception processing (MARS, reschedules, cancellations).
• Support inbound/outbound processes in 3PL locations.
• Investigate freight and Sedgewick claims.
• Assess waste/recycling operations and propose improvements.
