Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Routing, dispatch and warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administration of orders received at the facility for delivery.
• Prompt scheduling of deliveries to the end consumer per SOPs.
• Routing process for outbound delivery trucks focusing on service and efficiency.
• Completes shipment statuses in systems and portals and collects PODs.
• Maintains bills of lading, manifests, load plans and related documents.
• Communicates with urgency to keep all parties informed of issues.
• Monitors delivery teams' progress and adjusts as needed.
• Verifies merchandise by matching customer and sales receipt information.
• Resolves customer service issues with appropriate actions and follow-up.
