Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage orders for delivery and update portals.
• Prompt scheduling of deliveries per SOPs.
• Route planning for outbound trucks and dispatch.
• Complete shipment statuses and communicate charges.
• Maintain bills of lading, labels, manifests, and load plans.
• Communicate with urgency and resolve issues.
• Monitor delivery teams and adjust as needed.
• Advise teams on actions to prevent issues.
• Verify merchandise against receipts.
• Resolve customer service issues and follow up.
• Prepare reports and dispatch logs.
• Manage delivery exceptions and related issues.
