Job summary

Werner Enterprises in Monroe, CT, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support role on a 5-day schedule (Tue–Sat) from 4:00am to 2:00pm, onsite. You will maintain ongoing communication with delivery teams, clients, and customers to resolve issues impacting deliveries.

Responsibilities include order administration, scheduling, routing, document handling, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery operations with a focus on service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• One year customer service experience preferred.
• Routing, dispatch, and warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer orders received for delivery and update portals.
• Schedule deliveries per SOPs and coordinate with clients.
• Route outbound delivery trucks focusing on service and revenue per truck.
• Maintain shipment status, PODs, and communicate extra charges per SOPs.
• Prepare load plans, manifests, and related documents for delivery processes.
• Communicate with urgency and resolve schedule or delivery issues.
