Job summary

Putzmeister America, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled inspector to support final inspection of Large Line components, Small Line components, incoming chassis, and rework confirmation. You will verify quality, document tests, and prepare rework reports.

The role requires hands-on hydraulic troubleshooting, use of basic tools, and adherence to safety standards. CDL Class B is required or will be trained; overtime may be required; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

3–5 years manufacturing, mechanical, inspection experience or 1–3 years hydraulic experience
Able to understand and use Metric system
Able to read and understand hydraulic schematics
Must have own set of basic hand tools
High school diploma or equivalent
CDL required - minimum Class B
Good communication skills
Overtime hours flexibility

Responsibilities

Install test instruments (test fixtures, gauges, flow meters) using basic hand tools
Complete required test documentation
Troubleshoot hydraulic system and components
Final inspection of all newly manufactured product
Prepare rework reports for Manufacturing and QA Manager
Weighing and road testing of truck mounted machines
Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
