Formación

• 1 year of residential mortgage experience.
• Experience with mortgage loan documents and title work.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process incoming trailing documents.
• Perform data entry and tracking of documents in LOS system.
• Follow up with settlement companies for missing documents.

Conocimientos

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass 360

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent
