A timeline database will be maintained for completed contracts. A degree is not required; strong communication, research, and accounting knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of program area and applicable legislation.
• Ability to research and compile information on program topics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a group decision-making process.
• Attention to accounting principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review final construction records with INDOT and partners.
• Provide training and direction for engineers and contractors in data compilation.
• Visit field offices for audits or paperwork transfers.
