Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 1+ years' experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environment.
• Knowledge of lean operating system; Kaizen principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze release engineering designs for manufacturing feasibility.
• Lead tooling design and build SOWs and supplier kick-offs.
• Support cycle line layout development and workstation engineering work stream.
• Develop tooling needs including fixtures, lift assists, ergonomic tooling, major equipment and automation.
