Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled operator for the coil build area. You will set up and run coil-building equipment, read blueprints, and perform basic measurements to ensure quality. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to stand for long periods while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will assist in training others and support in meeting daily production targets, with opportunities to grow within a global engineering-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and read decimals accurately.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tooling requirements.
• Make basic adjustments to equipment to maintain process control.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Multitask to keep production progressing in a busy line.
• Maintain mental/visual alertness and self-motivation.
• Assist in training personnel as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up coil build equipment and related tooling.
• Identify required tooling and troubleshoot basic problems.
• Perform arithmetic and read bills of material for production.
• Pull parts for the next order and assemble sheetmetal per drawings.
