Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a hands-on operator to support coil manufacturing processes. You will engage with brazing, sheet metal, tubing, and related equipment, guided by supervisors and experienced teammates.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork on the shop floor. Ideal candidates will have high school completion and basic familiarity with manufacturing procedures, with a willingness to learn and assist others in set-up and troubleshooting tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of processes, prints and procedures with hands-on proficiency in brazing, fin press, sheet metal and tubing.
• Assist less experienced operators in set-up and problem solving.
• Ensure schedules are followed and safety is prioritized in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate in assigned area using required equipment and materials.
• Assist other operators with set-up and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate schedule requirements under supervisor direction.
• Approve and monitor quality and safety requirements.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
