Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a hands-on manufacturing operator in Grenada, MS to support brazing, fin press, sheet metal and tubing processes within coil manufacturing. You will assist less experienced operators with setup and troubleshoot problems while helping meet production schedules and uphold safety standards.

Work will require coordination with supervisors and peers to maintain workflow, emphasize quality, and keep the work area clean and safe in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of brazing/fin press/sheet metal and tubing processes.
• Ability to assist other operators with setup and problem solving.
• Commitment to safety and wearing PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Hands on in assigned area using required equipment and materials.
• Assist other operators in set-up and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate schedule requirements and execute under Supervisors direction.
• Approve and monitor quality and safety requirements.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
