Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled operator for fins and coil production at our U.S. facility. You will set up and run a fin press and/or a mechanical expander, ensuring parts meet drawings and quality standards.

You will read drawings, measure with appropriate tools, and participate in training new staff. This role requires flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to changing production needs, with duties including other tasks as assigned and collaboration with the

Qualifications

• Must be flexible and problem-solving oriented; adapt well to change.
• Set up fin press (twisting & turning) 25%, operate fin press (standing) 50%, remove fins from machine (bending & stooping) 25%.

Responsibilities

• Set up fin press for various fins per inch and corrugation.
• Operate expander for various coil widths, lengths, depths and designs.
• Read and interpret drawings; use measuring instruments.
• Assist in training personnel as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned
