Job summary

Modine is seeking a dedicated coil assembly technician to join our team in the United States. You will assemble coils in accordance with dimensional drawings, safety requirements, and quality procedures, following BOM and tooling guidelines.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing precise measurements, and adjusting equipment to maintain process control. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, work with sheet metal, and train others as needed, while supporting a safe, efficient production

Qualifications

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations, understand decimals and read blue prints.
• Must be able to read blue prints.
• Ability to make basic adjustments to equipment to keep process in control.
• Requires lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs. Standing and walking; bending and stooping.
• Must be able to multitask to keep work progressing.
• Requires mental and visual alertness and self-motivation.
• Must be able to work any hours required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up equipment; identify tooling and follow drawings and BOMs.
• Use measuring devices to verify dimensions and quality.
• Pull parts for next order; install fins and lace tubes per the drawing.
• Assist in training personnel when required.
