• Ability to make mathematical calculations, read blueprints, and report wear issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and adjust equipment to control processes.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Multitasking capability to keep production progressing.
• Self-motivated with good mental and visual alertness.
