Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Final Assembly Technician to prepare completed trucks for quality control inspection by completing finishing, installation, and testing tasks to our exacting standards.

The role requires using hand and power tools safely, reading instructions and checklists, lifting and standing for extended periods, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while contributing to a culture of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean trucks and components to ensure a professional final appearance.
• Mount and install required equipment including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and document holders.
• Perform stability testing and verify proper operation.
• Conduct aerial time and water testing as required.
• Accurately record truck weight and height measurements.
• Apply non-skid materials where needed.
• Perform touch-up painting to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Ensure all components meet safety and quality standards prior to QC inspection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
