Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Fabrication Technician for 2nd shift in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves producing, assembling, and modifying metal to engineering specs using hand tools, power tools, and machinery, with attention to detail and quality output.

The candidate should have a HS diploma, 1–3 years in aerial lifts or hydraulic systems, strong troubleshooting, and a valid driver's license. Travel within the service area is required, and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification (ASE, EVT, or hydraulic systems) is a plus.
• 1–3 years working with aerial lifts, bucket trucks, hydraulic systems, or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong diagnostic abilities across hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of Versalift equipment or similar aerial lift products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the designated service area.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Operate equipment such as saws, drill presses, grinders, and welding machines.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate production records.
