Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Fabrication Technician for 2nd shift in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves producing, assembling, and modifying metal per engineering specs with hands-on fabrication tools and strict attention to detail.

You will read blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, inspect finished products, and maintain records while adhering to safety procedures. Travel is limited to service needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification (ASE, EVT, or hydraulic systems) is a plus.
• 1–3 years with aerial lifts, hydraulic systems or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install components using hand tools and machinery.
• Operate equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and welding machines.
• Measure and cut materials to precise specs.
• Inspect products for quality and tolerances.
• Maintain fabrication equipment and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
• Document work performed and production records.
