Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Final Assembly Technician for the 2nd shift in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves preparing completed trucks for quality control by completing finishing, installation, and testing per company standards.

You will work with hand and power tools to assemble and test equipment. The position offers full-time hours with competitive wages ($20.00-$25.00 per hour) and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, plus 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean trucks, including body and compartments, to ensure a professional final appearance.
• Mount and install required equipment, including fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
• Perform stability testing and verify proper operation.
• Conduct aerial time and water testing as required.
• Accurately record truck weight and height measurements.
• Apply non-skid materials where needed.
• Touch-up painting to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Ensure all components meet safety and quality standards prior to QC inspection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
